Red Bull Energy Drink – The Negative Effects

Drinking Bull Energy Drink:

With a truckload of energy drinks to choose from, at a convenient store or grocery, the unsure or untested consumer often reaches for Red Bull, without hesitation or doubts. A Red Bull energy drink has developed a reputation for delivering the goods, increasing cognitive ability, and better maximizing endurance. And yet, of all the good things about the Red Bull energy drink, the negative effects are often a hot topic online.

Are there bad things about Red Bull one could spew on about? Sure, but in my experience testing, tasting, reviewing, living with and putting energy drinks, shots and energy chasers through the wringer deliberately looking for quantifiable improvements and results due to their use, naysayers more often than not raise points that are unfounded, unjust and frankly, a bit idiotic.

The bottom line and quick facts about Red Bull energy drinks by legitimate sources, including independent, scientific laboratories and universities are positive. And of course, there are warnings that should be obvious by this point, and yet even supposedly intelligent adults are clueless about say, the dangers of Red Bull and vodka consumed simultaneously, or any other alcoholic beverage, for that matter.

To most, it would make sense that when you drink alcohol (by itself) that clearly impairs judgment, sometimes to direct effect of cause of death, the addition of an energy drink to the mix, may not be the wisest move. But, people who drink, are looking to forget, have a good time, or keep the party going on as long as they can pour the stuff pass their lips. When partying, or becoming lost is the number one priority, no warning on a can is going to be relevant – and in a bar, you’re never going to see the energy drink can from which your Red Bull was poured anyways.

Is Red Bull unhealthy? In my opinion, no. But that said, I’d ask you a few similar questions. Is jaywalking dangerous? Do you ever leave your house? Do you lock your doors at night?

Everybody – slight exaggeration – jaywalks, but it’s only dangerous if you pay no attention and dart out in front of oncoming traffic, right? If you leave your home anytime during the course of your day, the fact of the matter is you are putting yourself at risk. But, the opposite is true too; if you never leave your home, dangers still surround you. What does that have to do with the potential negative effects of Red Bull? Everything, and nothing.

Red Bull energy drinks can be dangerous, potentially, but potentially, you could off yourself with a spork, smother yourself in a load of laundry, or be crushed under the weight of your fridge every time you reach for a beer. All dumb possibilities, right? Exactly how I feel about the moaners and groaners who claim a Red Bull allergic reaction, such as being anxious, irritated, itchy, or giving them a headache.

Each a potential drawback to increasing one’s energy. And that my friend, is the whole point of drink energy drinks – increasing your energy. Duh.

We think that what everyone is saying expecily mr. Loco up there is utterly ubserd! Red Bull is horrible for you, and it should be illegal for kids and teens at least. For teens, it effects their hormonal processes. There is way to much cafine (80mg), twice the amount of a can of soda (44mg). This drink has not lived up to the potential that most people think it should be. It increases death with exercise. But, if its an energy drink, shouldnt it be used for that? It makes rappid aging.

This is really stupid… If the drink is supposed to be an energy drink than why cant you play sports???? Its so stupid!!!! And….. They say exercise has been FOUND to be the key to deaths… What does that mean????? They should have a warning on it!!!!!

[Edited: evidently there's a link to calling something stupid with multiple punctuation marks, and not being able to spell - 5 corrections, 6 sentences - seriously, kids, stay in school...]
