Much like Redbull energy drinks that were quickest to roll-out and begin world domination in the energy drink marketplace, the 5 Hour Energy Shot carved out their own foot hold in the energy shot / no crash energy supplements niche, and has become the one to beat.
5 Hour Energy: The 5-hour energy drink, which is more specifically an energy shot, or energy chaser, packs a wallop. In my experience, it can be effective, live up to its claims, and deliver results without the usual side effects that other energy shots often do. And yet, the non-believers are abundant.
If you scour the internet, seeking 5 hour liquid energy boosters reviews, you’ll find both fanatical praise and much talk about the supposed 5 hour energy scam, but I must tell you, where there is often disagreement or scam talk, such so-called reviews are often coupled with a subtle hidden agenda to buy an alternative product from the person casting blame.
In fairness, most reviews seem to be tainted. Consider simply comparing apples to apples, and the 5-hour energy drink ingredients with a similar product on the diet, supplement or energy drink market. If product A lists the same ingredients as product B, comes in packaging that ensures the same serving size or dosage, would it be wise to assume that both products will perform equal to each other? No, not at all. Thus, when people reviews energy drinks, shots and chasers, most reviews I’ve read and compared what I do, fall short, by making the assumption that if you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all.
This, however, is not a post to win favor for my writing, but simply to describe the context in which I am speaking. To determine effectiveness of an energy shot, in this case the 5-Hour Energy Shot manufactured by Living Essentials, out of Michigan personally, I think it is unfair to consume one chaser to fully understand its effectiveness. Anybody who is serious about obtaining energy efficiently within their body, must know something about how your body works nutritionally – because contrary to belief, just because you put some kind of energy enhanced consumable into your body, does not mean it will automatically provide you the energy you are ultimately seeking.
That not so little, detail is often completely missed by those who cry about things not working, or falling short of expectation, or doing anything less to a consumer than a heavily marketed energy drink commercial fills one’s head with: transforming the lump on a log couch potato into a vibrant and fit individual who has so much surplus energy surging through their veins, that they break out into impromptu dance numbers in the streets. News flash, if that’s what you want, it’s going to take more than a two-dollar energy shot or even the current king, the 5 Hour Energy Shot to make that happen.
